How it started
PractWorks had a wonderful tech-stack. A generative AI-driven teaching platform that focuses on actual paper-pen practice.
They wanted to boost daily usage, engage students and improve overall UX.
What it was
A great platform with basic UI, flat visuals, and not the best look and feel.

User Interviews
We conducted dozens of user interviews, spoke to students, teacher and potential users.
Gained valuable insights into how they were using the platform, what they liked, what we could improve to make their experience a delightful one.

We had detailed competitor analysis to understand the market and what we could do to make sure that PractWorks could reach it's full potential.
We looked into every workflow, every screen on both the web application and the mobile app to ensure we tracked every task flow.

Re-inventing BLU
BLU was powerful. A generative AI guide to help with the learning. We brought him to the forefront and gave him a makeover.
BLU went from being a guide on the sidelines to being the mascot, a friend and a teacher who motivates and encourages you all the way.
Streaks to motivate daily learing
Leaderboard encourages healthy competition with friends
Reward points to make learning engaging and fun
App motivates you with reminders to complete your missions, earn reward points and keep the learning unbroken
